Miss Annie Floyd.
Miss Annie Floyd died at Elon College, N.C., where she had been teaching, last Monday after a brief illness. Interment was made this morning at New Hope Cemetery, Rev. G. D. Hunt conducting the services. The deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Floyd, of near Milltown. She was an attractive young lady and her death brings much sorry to the family and friends of this section.
