Thelma Rose Berg Stuart, 79, passed away December 25, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born October 29, 1916 in Douglas, North Dakota to Almer and Blanche Gust Berg. Married Donald W. Stuart in Sandy, Utah May 19, 1936; later solemnized in the Manti Temple.

She grew up in Bingham Canyon and graduated from Bingham High. Active member of the LDS Church and was a temple worker. She was Relief Society President in Fillmore and Holladay. Served with her husband on a mission in the Spokane, Washington area. She was a co-founder, with her husband, of Stuart Electric Supply. Her greatest love was her family.

Survived by her daughters, Nancy (Mrs. Leon) Carlston, Salt Lake City; Norma (Mrs. Richard) Graham, Springville; Dona (Mrs. Robert) Childs, Sandy; Vicki Cahoon (Carl Potter), West Jordan; 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Turner, Las Vegas, Nevada. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Stuart; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Almer A. Berg; sister, Norma Berg; brother, Delmer Berg, and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services, Friday, December 29, 1995 at 11 a.m. at Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 So. State, where friends may call Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to services. Interment, Holladay Memorial Park. Funeral directors, Olpin Mortuary, Fillmore.
