CALDWELL — Services for Claude F. Allen, 65, of Boise, who died Wednesday at a Boise hospital, will be conduced at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, by Pastor
David Hazen of the Cole Community Church. Interment will be at Wilder Cemetery.

He was born on April 14, 1888, in Lewisville, Minn. At the age of 9, he moved with his parents to the Parma-Roswell area. He owned a ranch on the Snake River in Arena Valley
and also ranched and worked in mining, for several years at Pioneerville.

He married Audrey Hand on April 15, 1909, in Caldwell, and they lived in the Roswell-Wilder area for 15 years. They moved to California, where he worked at the Richmond Shipyards and was in the tire business. They then returned to Boise, where they lived for many years. Mrs. Allen died on April 4, 1968.

Surviving are a son, Charles Allen, El Cerrito, Calif.; a daughter, Opal Pancia, Boise; four granddaughters, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
