What can I say about my baby daughter.Born Roberta Lynalice Peters to:Diana Sexton Peters and Patrick John Peters Jr. She came into the world a "Wee little Lass".
Her weight but 3 pounds and a few ounces. She was a bubbly little girl, with a contagious laugh.
She would entertainer the family with imitating family members.
She was a sweet and lovely child to hold.We all travel a path in this life, for some it is seen as straight ahead of them. But as for Robin it had many exit ramps which she traveled each one.She was handicapped only by what others seen in her physical appearance.
Robin traveled from the United States to Canada when she was only 16..And of all things she did it"Hitchhiking"..My daughter was brave, sweet, and unselfish.
She was too good for this world. Her inner demons she had her share.Schizophrenia took my daughters life away. She would see the bright of day, only to be taken down once again into the dark abyss.
The pain, suffering, praying could not fend off the demons that lurked in her being.
Robin left behind Mother Diana Sexton, a sister Rhonda Sexton.
Roberta (Robin) always hated her name..I explained to her she was named after my favorite Uncle Robert "Bobby", who was killed just a few months before Robin was born. When her older sister received the news about Robin, she raced to me.When I opened the door I knew my Little Girl was gone.My heart skipped a beat, and my body felt a cold rush. Over the years I tried to prepare for this day, knowing the abusive relationship she was in.I begged her numerous times,to please come home. I watched her in the hospital clinging to life, and within a few short months she was back to her abusive home.
A Irish Poem: Death is nothing at all.
 It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.

The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.

Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no sorrow in your tone.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.

Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effort.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner.
All is well.
Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again.

I want to thank Sweet Sue, for sponsoring my daughters page. Robin was married to Danny Marshall, they had four children.
Robin was a victim of Domestic violence.
