Mary Catherine Luttrell, 71, of Abilene died Thursday, January 29, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel in Clyde with Pastor Billy Sellers officiating. Burial will follow in the Clyde Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Luttrell was born January 18, 1944 in Mt. Enterprise, Texas to Joseph Claude "J.C." and Kathryn (Parker) Allen, Jr. She attended school in Mt. Enterprise. Mrs. Luttrell was the widow of Harry Luther Luttrell whom she married in Baird March 8, 1982. She remained in the Callahan County area until the time of her death.
Mrs. Luttrell is survived by her children, Stanley McCombs and wife Melinda of Early, Steven McCombs and wife Diane of Springtown, Texas, Harry Luttrell, Jr. and Holly Luttrell, both of Paris, Texas, brother-in-law, Charles Gutkowski and wife Cynthia of Abilene and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harry Luttrell, Sr. in 2009 and one sister, Judy C. Gutkowski.
