Died at Daughter's Home in Bellwood Today
This morning at 2:30 o'clock, Mrs. Sarah Catharine Beegle, widow of Samuel (sic-Scott) Beegle, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward Keyes in Bellwood, of a complication of diseases. Mrs. Beegle had been a resident of Tyrone for thirty-six years. Deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Leffard and was born in Hartslog Valley, Huntingdon county, November 21, 1851. She was united in marriage with Scott Beegle, September 24, 1872. He preceded her to the grave in 1921.
She was a sincere christian woman and a member of the First Presbyterian church of Tyrone for many years. Surviving her death is one daugher, Mrs. Edward Keyes at whose home she died and one son Samuel Beegle of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Private funeral services will be held at the Keyes home in Bellwood Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Interment in Eastlawn, Tyrone.
