According to the 1900 and 1910 U.S. Federal Census records, Abner and Sarah Davis were the parents of five children, three of whom were still living at the time of the census enumerations. The three surviving children, Alice M., Emma A., and Edward T. were also enumerated with the family on the 1870 and 1880 U.S. Federal Census records.
