Shortly after being born, Wayne loses his father to the 1918 influenza epidemic, and the family then moved to Mackay, Idaho.
He married Lois Hardman on April 13, 1941 and to this union 3 daughters and one son. He served in the US Army in WWII.
He is survived by all of his children, his brother, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is interned at Mt. McCaleb Cemetery on July 2, 2015
