Mr. Robinson told us of the death of old Mr. Archer who was buried at Massena Center last week and of the very serious illness of Mel Grimes, son of J. W. Grimes of Massena who is lying sick with Tuberculosis. He was employed at some town north of here as a mail carrier succeeding a man who died of tuberculosis, and it is thought by many that he contracted the disease from working over the books he had been handling.
