She attended River Rouge Public Schools and Graduated from Southwestern High School in 2005. Her favorite activity in school was the Gospel Choir and she loved all her academic subjects also. Erica was the first tenth grade student to have won a business award. She loved to play basketball and volleyball, braid hair and being involved with children. In 2003, Erica was baptized at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Sunday School there also.
Erica planned on going back to college in the fall, she wanted to study communication and become a t.v. talk show host. She wanted to do anything that would help other people.
Erica leaves to cherish her memory, her adopted mother, Doris Clark; her biological mother, Angela Clark; four sisters, Ebony, Monica, Gena and Porsha; four brothers, Antonio, Keith, Kyle and Nick; niece, Ajah; nephew, Adrian; three special aunts, Rhonda Wiggins, Valerie Miller and Brenda Carter; and a host of other aunts, cousins, relatives and many, many Friends.
