Mr. Russnogle, a retired farmer, was born in Skidmore, Mo., on May 17, 1916, and was a lifelong resident of the Maryville, Mo., area. He lived in Maryville for about 40 years.
He was a member of the Graham, Mo., United Methodist Church.
Mr. Russnogle was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Leona R.; and a sister, Elva Russnogle.
Surviving: cousins, Pearl Looker, Helen Gingrich, and Don Reese, all of Maryville.
Graveside service and burial: Thursday, Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, Mo.
