Mrs. Bertha McNeeley of Southwest of Vermont died 11:00 yesterday morning at the home of a daughter Mrs. Ray Vaughn of Bushnell. Mrs. McNeeley had been in poor health the last year and had been residing with several of her children.
Mrs. McNeeley was the eldest of 12 children of John and Jessie (Fisher) Beebe and was born April 11, 1882 in Schuyler County. She was a member of the Christian Church, On Oct. 21, 1903 she married Bert McNeeley, who survives with three sons Clarence, Guy, and Harold Lee McNeeley. five daughters Mrs. Susie Ackerson, Mrs. Jessie Vaughn, Mrs Ruth Thompson, Mrs Elsie Tremain, and Miss Flora McNeeley. One brother Fred Beebe of Rushville, three sisters Mrs. Bessie Thompson of Astoria, Mrs Nellie Morrel of Beardstown, and Mrs Agnas Schisler of Raritan
Two Children Dwight and Gertrude are deceased.
