Born in Great Cacapon, October 11, 1887, he was a retired railroad worker and a son of the late Lewis and Amanda Linaburg-Foutch.
He is survived by his wife, the former Lena Hauser and two brothers: Alfred C., New Jersey, and Ocey, California.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 18 at the Helsley Funeral Home with Rev. W. W. Patterson officiating.
Interment to be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Cumberland, Maryland
