SUBIACO — William F. Barnett Sr., 89, of Subiaco died Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, in Subiaco. He was born Nov. 5, 1925, in Paris. He owned and operated Mountain View Roller Rink and the Barnett Tire Shop, both in Subiaco, and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Margie Barnett.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Mount Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
He is survived by a daughter, Shirley McCombs of Paris; a son, William Barnett of Paris; a sister, Thelma Cowden of Oklahoma City; a brother, Dwight Barnett of Little Rock; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
