Born on December 31, 1955 in Hicksville, she was the daughter of Vivian (Folk) Wahl and the late Philip Wahl.
Sally graduated from Hicksville High School with the class of 1974.
She was a graduate of Parkview School of Nursing and Purdue University.
Sally was a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Atlantic Research Group and was previously employed at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
She was an avid bicyclist, genealogist and gamer. Sally was a world traveler and live in Saudi Arabia for 6 years.
Sally is survived by her mother, Vivian of Hicksville; two sisters, Paulette (Allen) Bremer of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Dawn (Tom) Tarman of Edgewater, New Mexico; three nephews, Phillip Bremer, Riley and Derek Tarman.
Funeral services for Sally will be Saturday at 1:00 at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville, Ohio. Visitation will take place from 11:00-1:00 on Saturday.
Burial will be at Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville at a later date.
