Shortly after, the family returned to Canada, and eventually resided in the Seattle, Yakima, and Spokane areas of Washington State.

Eva Chaput married Richard Francis Jamieson in Canada on 07 Jan 1904. Richard is the son of John and Catherine Jamieson.

Richard and Eva left Canada around 1912 and are in the Yakima, Washington area from 1917-1919. From Yakima, they went to Spokane where they remained until 1925.
