David Ray Burdette, 52, of Clarksville, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2010, at the University Hospital, Louisville.
He was born in Louisville and was a retired cafeteria manager for Norton Health Care.
Survivors include his step-father, Bill Clark, of Clarksville; a son, Anthony Carpenter, of Pekin; and a daughter, Taylor Burdette, of Pekin.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Gene Clark.
