Frances Elizabeth Cubbage,71, of Stanley,died on Wedenesday, Oct 29, 2014.
She was born on Nov 23, 1942, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Floyd W Cubbage an Georgia Alice Cubbage.
On Dec 1, 1965, she married Warfield McKinley Cubbage, who died on Aug 9, 2012.
She is survived by two sons, Brian Keith Cubbage of Lancaster and Durwin McKinley Cubbage Jr.,of Stanley; a daughter, Alice Mae Cubbage of Stanley; two brothers, Lawrence and Floyd W Cubbage Jr., both of Stanley; a sister, Jean DePriest of Stanley; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Cubbage; a two sisters, Eveline Blanche Blosser and Wanda Kissling.
A funeral service was conducted on Saturday, Nov 1 at the Lighthouse Gospel Church by Evangelist Earl E Painter and Evangelist Doy Gochenour. Burial was in the Leake's Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
