Eugenia M. "Gean" Rodrigues, a Napa resident since 1953, passed away at a local hospital on Friday, Nov. 18, 1994. She was 76.
Born in Oklahoma, Mrs. Rodrigues was reared and educated in Checotah, Okla., graduating from Checotah High School. In 1953 she moved to Napa and worked for many years as a housekeeper here. She last worked for Silverado Country Club and retired in 1975. Mrs. Rodrigues was a member of the Hymn Singers of Napa, the First Church of God of Napa, and was very involved in senior activities in Napa.
She is survived by a daughter, Peggy Luman of Suisun, a son, Paul Virden of Santa Rosa; a sister, Betty Jo Reed of Checotah, Okla.; two granddaughters, two grandsons, two great grandsons, and two great granddaughters. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Rodrigues, Jr. in 1977, one sister and one brother.
Interment will be in Tulocay Cemetery.
