The recent death of a 76-year-old deaf-mute man 10 days after he was struck by a car on the Morrison bridge was officially ruled a traffic fatality by County Coroner Dr. Arthur O’Toole. The victim was Robert J. Sieberts of 1923 SE Stark St., who died March 17 at Emanuel hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage resulting from head injuries suffered in the accident, according to the coroner’s office.
