Ann was born June 28, 1921, in McDonald, Pa., the daughter of Alex and Anna Palosh Helba.
Ann had worked for US Steel, McDonald Works during World War II as a welder, and devoted most of her life as a loving wife and mother. She was a member of St. Michael’s Orthodox Church in Youngstown.
Ann is survived by her son, Frank J. Tascione, whom she made her home with, and her sisters, Helen Furda and Sophie Kansa, both of Weirton, W.Va.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Tascione, who died Nov. 18, 1986; sisters Mary Bolock and Julie Czaruk; and brothers Charles, John and James Helba.
Ann will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
