Goldie Mahar passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015. She was born November 2, 1924 in Guthrie, OK, to Roy and Effie Muzingo.
Goldie graduated from Guthrie High School in 1943. She married Melvin Mahar August 30, 1950 and they had 2 children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, son, Paul, and daughter-in-law, Pati, sister, Mary Ann Wright, and both parents.
She is survived by her daughter and 6 grandchildren. Goldie had 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery.
