Sarah Delia Mason, 88, of Marietta, was born August 12, 1912, in Coffman County, Texas, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Dillard Norris, and died Wednesday, April 18, 2001, in Mercy Memorial Health Center, Ardmore.

She had lived in Love County most of her life. She was a homemaker and was employed at the McGehee Catfish Restaurant in Marietta for more than 20 years. Mrs. Mason enjoyed going to the Senior Citizens Center and playing dominoes. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, H.M. and Alice Jane Moore of Marietta and B.D. and Mary Jane Moore of Davis; nine stepchildren; two sisters, Minnie Clowdus of Lindsay, California, and Lavada Martin of Martinez, California; three grandchildren, Brad, TaJuana and LaJuana; three great-grandchildren, Kevin, Ryan and Britney.

Mrs. Mason was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, P.H. Moore, on July 3, 1967; her second husband, Paul Mason, on December 6, 1984; four brothers and three sisters.

Services: Friday, April 20, at the Church of Christ in Marietta, with Brother Floyd Johnson officiating.
Interment is in Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home in Marietta.
