Ocie Mae Fredell Nalley 79 of Lawndale passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Home in Shelby.
Born September 28, 1935 in Burke County to the late Rev. Dorshey Levi Fredell and Ocie Margie Craig Fredell. Ocie was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Casar and a graduate of Belwood High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Nalley, two brothers, Fred Fredell and David Fredell , one sister, Elva Smith, a son, Tim Halepeska, a daughter, Phyllis Hudson, three step-sons, Don Nalley, Howard Nalley, Doug Nalley, and a step daughter, Rita Wright.

A service to celebrate Ocie’s life will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church in Casar. Rev. Robert Goins will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday January 21, 2015 from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church in Casar.
