Mr. Curts, a native of Earl Park, had lived in the Chicago area 45 years. He was a retired security guard of the Steel Mills in Chicago.
Surviving are the widow, the former Levina Fox, and one son, Alvin of Chicago. Also two grandchildren survive.
The body will be returned here for services and burial. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday of Weston Funeral Home, Brook. Services there at 1 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. Edward Boase officiating. Burial in Riverside Cemetery.
