CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., - Benjamin Youngman Bigler of Charlottesville, Va., formerly of Clearfield, died Sunday, June 12, at his home.
He was the son of Albert D. and Louise (Youngman) Bigler.
He was married to the former Gladys Hansbrough, who survives with one son, Benjamin Youngman Bigler, Jr. of Ridgefield, Conn., one sister, Mrs. Martin Bell Christy Jr. of Clearfield, and four grandchildren.
He was a retired Bell Aircraft employee and was a graduate of Peekskill Academy and Lafayette College, Easton. He also was a life member of Sigma Chi fraternity and a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
A memorial service and interment will be held in Clearfield at a later date.
The hill and Wood Funeral Home in Charlottesville, Va., is in charge of arrangements.
