DICKINSON—Rudolph “Rudy” Gus Daniels, 92, of Dickinson, Texas passed away on October 14, 2011. He was born in Galveston, Texas on September 16, 1919 to Rudolph and Katie Daniels.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Daniels, and his 8 brothers.

He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Worthy, sons; Patrick Daniels and wife Jackie, Michael Daniels, William Daniels and wife Joyce, sister-in-law, Edna Andrews and husband Hack, brother-in-law, Joseph Giamfortone and wife Barbara , 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tabatha Worthy, Mike Daniels, Patrick Daniels, Joseph Giamfortone, Robert Rocha, and Mike Hobbs. Honorary pallbearers will be Hack Andrews, Mike Morris, Bill Riddle, and all of the great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson.
