Mrs. Alvin Summers died at her home in the Snow Creek neighborhood early Friday morning and
was buried at Snow Creek church Saturday, Rev. J. N. Somers conducting the funeral services.
She was 85 years old and was one of the mothers of Israel in that community.
A good and useful woman, highly esteemed by all that knew her. Her husband and eight or nine children survive her.
