KLINE, JO ANN, age 46, of Madisonville, passed away Friday morning January 16, 2015 at Sweetwater Hospital.
She will be greatly missed and was appreciated by her family. She loved her grandchildren and was a family oriented person.

sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Leon Mayes, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Wanda Breedwell, of Old Fort; father of her children, Michael Baldwin, of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and interment 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Short Creek Cemetery, Elder Leon Mayes officiating. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
