Lifelong farmer and also employed for 10 years at Chambers Division Altamil Corp., Shelbyville, retiring in 1970.
52-year member of both Sugar Creek Lodge 279 F.&A.M. and Eastern Star 359.
Survivors: wife; daughter, Mrs. Leon (Patricia) Huntsman Corley, Shelbyville; brother, Gerald Collins, Shelbyville; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
