Clay Bradshaw, 88, of McCord St., Springfield, died at 5:15 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at Village of Lebanon. Born Dec. 24, 1926, in Marion County, he was the son of the late Otis Woods and Nanny Brady Bradshaw. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Donnelly Bradshaw, March 2, 2011; a brother, J.W. Bradshaw in 2014, and three sisters, Lucille Blonddele, Virginia Weese and Georgie Langford. He was the greens keeper at Lincoln Homestead State Golf Course for 38 years and was a farmer. He is survived by a daughter, a foster son, two brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren, and a granddaughter. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, at St. Dominic Catholic Church with Rev. Culpepper Elliott officiating. Burial was in St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.
