Daughter of William John and Cressie Loveridge Greenland. Married Boyd Wesley Grossnickle June 27, 1951 in the Idaho Falls Temple. She was a wonderful wife, mother, foster mother to many, grandmother and Great grandmother, housekeeper and baker. No matter how much pain she was in she always had a smile for everyone.
Martha Greenland Gossnickle, age 65, died Saturday, March 23, 1991 at her home.
She was born December 21, 1925 in American Fork, Utah to William John and Cressie A.Loveridge Greenland. She married Boyd Wesley Grossnickle June 27, 1951 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She is survived by her husband of Georgetown, Idaho; five sons and daughters, Wesley Arnold, Lehi; Alan Boyd, Elko, Nev.; Marilyn Linnsenman, Eagle, Idaho; Mrs. Vaughn (Linda) Silcox, Midvale; and Tony Leon, West Jordan; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Vernon L. Greenland, Orem; and Dan L. Greenland, Kearns; one sister, Lois Kurley, Lindon.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Wednesday, March 27th, at the Georgetown LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call two hour prior to the services. Interment in the Georgetown Cemetery, under directions of Mathews Mortuary, Montpelier, Idaho.
