Private First Class Bryant served with the 457th Bomb Squadron, 330th Bomb Group, Walker Army Airfield, Victoria, Kansas. He was one of ten airmen killed when B-29 Superfortress #42-24438 crashed, thirteen miles northwest of the airfield.
