Helen Virginia Hoover, age 94, of Fulton, Missouri passed away on December 29, 2014 at Fulton Manor Care Center.
Funeral services will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday January 3, 2015 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00p.m. on Friday January 2, at the funeral home.
Helen was born June 29,1920, in New Florence, Missouri, daughter of George and Emma (Becker) Malicoat and they preceded her in death. She was married to Harold Hoover on June 17, 1942 in Tuscumbia, Missouri and he preceded her in death.
She attended Whiteside School and worked for several years as a salad marker for Gasper's Truck Stop. She was a member of Old Auxvasse Nine Mile Presbyterian Church, She enjoyed playing Bingo and other activities and faithfully attended the Fulton Manor church services.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Rosie Winingear and fiancé, Russell Renner of Fulton, Missouri; son Rocky Lane of Jefferson Cit,y Missouri; grandson; Justin William (Deanna) Winingear of Wentzville Missouri; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Lee, Ashton Hayes, Isabella Renee, Dalton Gage, Titus William and Naomi Rae Winingear; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty years, Harold; brother, Guy Malicoat; sisters; Pauline White, Frankie Chiles, Margie Malicoat, Martha Dunavant, Genevieve and Florence Malicoat; great grandson, Tristen Winingear; several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
