Eugene F. Dale, brother of H.G. Dale, of 545 Quincy avenue, this city, died Wednesday night at 10:30 o'clock in a New York city hospital. Pneumonia was the cause of death. He had only been ill a short time.
The deceased was well known in Scranton and the news of his death causes sorrow among a legion of friends and relatives. For years Mr. Dale was a resident of Scranton. The body has been removed to the home of his brother here, from where the funeral will take place this afternoon and will be made private. Interment will be made in the Forest Hill cemetery.
