Capt Braxton Inglish went by the nickname Bragg and he also went by the nickname Craig.

Bragg Inglish was rounding up wild horses when a horse stumbled and fell on him, killing him.

Bragg's wife, Nancy Burun Inglish died before 1880. Their two sons, Bailey and Henry Walter Inglish, were reared by their maternal grandfather, Paschal K. Burum.
