RUNGE - Aleene Bingham Hillman Gohlke, age 82, of Runge, Texas, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014. She was born Oct. 4, 1932 to the late Oscar and Martha Addison Bingham. She was the youngest of 14 children. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Runge. She married Harvey Lewis Hillman Dec. 24, 1950. He preceded her in death in 1958. On August 5, 1960 she married Frank Allen Gohlke. He preceded her in death in 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents; an infant son Timothy Gohlke; sisters Ethel Adkins, Bertha Gisler, Otha Hoefling, Jessie Novak, Thelma Rodgers, Lila Mae Merritt, Letha Novak; brothers Alvin Bingham, James Bingham, Leonard Bingham, Bill Bingham and Robert Bingham.

Survivors include sons Randy Hillman (Cindy) of Big Spring, Wayne Hillman (Tammy) of Gonzales, and Dwayne Hillman of Gonzales; six grandchildren Sterling Hillman, Lauren Balderach, D'Layne Hagerman, Blake Hillman, Elizabeth Hillman and Matthew Hillman; and sister Faye Shock. She is also survived by six great grandchildren,Emerson Balderach, Parker Balderach, Will Hillman, Hunt Hillman, Elli Hillman and Maddison Moeller.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Shock, Jeff Novak, Trey Merritt, Matthew Hillman, Blake Hillman, and Sterling Hillman. Honorary pallbearers include the granddaughters.

Interment will follow services in the Runge City Cemetery. Funeral services are entrusted to Rhodes Funeral Home
