Mrs. Roy (Vera L.) Fisher, 75, died
at 4:35 p.m. Friday at Muscatine
General hospital. Her home was at
710 Mulberry Ave.
She was born January 1, 1892, in
Louisa County, the daughter of Lemuel
and Ella Westbrook Dickerson, and had
resided here most of her life.
Miss Dickerson and Roy Fisher were
united in marriage February 5, 1913
in Louisa County.
Mrs. Fisher was a member of the First
United Presbyterian church, a 50 year
member of White Shrine of Jerusalem,
Electa Chapter O.E.S. Past High
Preistess of Rose Croix White Shrine,
and a past president of the Muscatine
Garden club.
She is survived by her husband, Roy
of Muscatine; one daughter, Mrs. Ed-
ward P. (Lorraine) Lynn of Athens,
Ohio; two brothers, J. Earl Dickerson
of Letts, and Lon Dickerson of Hermosa
Beach, Calif., four grandchildren, and
two great-grandchildren.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Services are pending at the Fairbanks
Home for Funerals.
Friends may call after 12:00 noon Sunday.
