Our beloved daughter and sister Chelsea Hull Brubaker went to be with the Lord on Monday March 20, 2006 following a lengthy illness. She was a blessing and admired by her family for her strength and courage in her battle to regain her health.

Chelsea was born on June 28, 1978 in Riverton, Wyoming to Gordon Hull and Cindy Maddux. She had lived in Fort Collins since 1984 coming here from Salt Lake City, Utah. She was a 1996 graduate of Poudre High School and attended CSU for two years.

In her younger years, she liked snowboarding kayaking and horseback riding. She had a great love for the theater, reading, arts and crafts and motorcycle riding.

Survivors include her parents, Cindy Maddux of Fort Collins and Gordon and Kay Hull of Riverton, WY; sister, Joyelle Maddux of Denver, CO; grandparents, Bill Maddux of Fort Collins, Roy and Shirley McGill of Riverton, WY, and Tony Genoff of Riverton, WY; brother, Clint McGill, of O'Fallon, MO; nephew, Lukas McGill, of O'Fallon, MO; along with numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by two grandmothers, Kay Maddux and Marion Genoff, and grandfather James Hull and uncle Michael Hull.

Chelsea was a strong, fiercely independent, determined woman.

She was also a very compassionate, sensitive and gentle person who put the needs of others before herself. She brightened the lives of others with her quick, dry sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.
