Diane Lynn (Wagener) Seger died May 5, 2010, at the age of 48 in Vista, Calif. She completed her elementary education in Carthage and Joplin, Mo., and graduated high school in Oklahoma City, Okla., from Western Heights High School in 1980. She received her Master of Arts in History degree from UCO in Edmond, Okla., with a 3.9 GPA. Diane loved spending time playing with her grandsons, Auron and Ethan and her dogs, Tucker and Simba. She was an avid reader, liked to work in her flower beds, do needlework and attend concerts and the theater. In her lifetime she lived in three countries as well as several states within the U.S. She was preceded in death by her father, Sergeant Albon E. Wagener. She is survived by her husband, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Seger; her mother, Doris Wagener; her son, Phillip A. Williams and his wife, Rebecca and their two sons, Auron and Ethan. There will be a celebration of her life at Castle Falls (formerly The Keller in the Castle) located at 820 North Macarthur in Oklahoma City, on Sunday, May 30, from 2 to 5 p.m.
