Miss Hannah Hargett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Fenton Hargett, of near Feagaville, this county, and Mr. Charles M. Derr, of Baltimore, were married yesterday at the home of the bride. The wedding, though quiet, was a very pretty one. The entire house was converted into a bower of roses and ivy. The bride and groom entered the parlors to the strains of Mendelssohn's march, beautifully rendered by Miss Myrtle Zentz, of Frederick, proceeded by little Miss Dorothy Derr, niece of the groom, as a flower girl, and Miss Eleanor N. Kirkley, of Washington, D.C., as maid of honor. The couple were met under a canopy of flowers by Rev. David Dittmar, who performed the ceremony. An elegant repast was served after which the bride changed her dainty gown of white for a handsome tan crepe de chime with hat and gloves to match, and midst congratulations and a shower of rice and old shoes the happy couple left for Baltimore, where they will make their future home. The bride is a popular young lady with a wide circle of friends. The groom is a graduate of the Male High School of this city and for several years taught in the public schools in the county, and is now located in Baltimore.
