Charlie Faye Barnett, 77, of Englewood, TN lost a courageous battle with cancer and went to be with the Lord on December, 31, 2014. A native and lifelong resident of Englewood, she was a member of the Englewood Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Barnett; parents: Charlie and Ethel McElroy Corvin; sisters: Willo Dean Corvin and Ruth Ann Richardson; brother: Jim Tom Corvin; and brother-in-law: Ben O. Mayor.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Rhonda and Tommy Cooley; grandchildren and spouses: Amber and Greg Walker, April and Clay Hutsell, Jason and Amanda Cooley, Philip Cooley; sisters and brothers-in-law: Jean Maynor, Zelma and Tom Edmonson, Betty and Paul Cardin; sister-in-law: Pansy Corvin; great-grandchildren: Peyton Saffels, Wesley Grace and Beau Reynolds, Jalen and Jansen Walker, Alex, Kyle, Molly, Landon and Lucas Cooley; and a very large close family.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 2, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Cardin and Chuck Corvin officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service.

Interment will follow the service at Mars Hill Cemetery. Jerry Maynor, Joe Maynor, David Maynor, Jason Cardin, Robin Cardin, Bobby Corvin, Greg Walker and Clay Hutsell will serve as pallbearers. Paul Cardin and Tom Edmonson will serve as honorary pallbearers.
