Lynsey was born August 12, 1982 at Moorhead, Minnesota to Mark Larson and Rhonda (Rolland) Olson. Lynsey was baptized and confirmed at Hawley Lutheran Church. She grew up and attended school in Hawley, then attended school and graduated from Osseo High School. She attended the Minnesota School of Business in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Lynsey married Aldo Escarcega-Licon on December 23, 2002 at Robbinsdale, Minnesota. They have resided in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

She is survived by her husband, Aldo Escarcega-Licon, Eden Prairie, MN; her mother, Rhonda (Wayne) Olson, Brooklyn Park, MN; one daughter, Alexie Marie Escarcega-Licon, Eden Prairie, MN; grandparents, Lonney & Bev Rolland, Hawley, MN, and step-grandmother, Fernette Olson, Hawley, MN; step-sisters, Heather Langer, Hawley, MN, and Amber Olson, Detroit Lakes, MN; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
