She was the daughter of Dorothy (Penta) Burke and the late Major Philip T. Burke. She grew up in Littleton, was a graduate of Littleton High School, and received an Associates' Degree from Middlesex Community College.
She is survived by her mother; a brother Michael T. Burke; sisters Jeri Cande and Cynthia Burke; a niece and her family, a grand-nephew; a nephew and his two sons.
