Mary was originally buried at the Salem Street Burying Ground in Medford in the Samuel Gray Family Tomb (Tomb No. 14) with her husband Samuel Gray and his first wife Anna.
Then on May 14, 1843, Mary was re-interred at Mount Auburn Cemetery (though Samuel and Anna were not). Mary is now buried in the lot of Helen (Wainright) Gray, wife of Francis Abraham Gray (Fir Ave, Lot 912).
