Mrs. Karon Genene Cooper, age 62, of Jonesboro, passed away, December 26, 2014.

She is survived by her sister, Idaliene Green of Jonesboro; sister-in-law, Diane Green of McDonough; nieces, Laura Mournighan, Michelle (Steve) Donaldson, Drs. Jennifer (Josh) Simpson; several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, December 29, 2014 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 3-5 PM at the funeral home.
