Born March 11, 1926, at Alexandria, he was a son of Anthony and Thelma (Verbonitz) Brulia. He was married to the former Bertha Suba.
Surviving are his widow and two children, Timothy and Susan, both at home, as well as five brothers and sisters: Mrs. Annie Bailey and John, both of Alexadria; Mrs. Mary Meyash and Frank, both of Huntingdon and Peter, Altoona.
Mr. Brulia was employed as a draftsman for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
