Clayton Lloyd Amos Sr., 79, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014 in his home.

He was born March 10, 1935 in Frankfort to Dorsel B. and Ida M. (Snyder) Amos.

Clayton attended Frankfort High School and was a mold technician for Crellin Inc. for 27 years, retiring in 2000. He was awarded the Golden Eagle at the Frankfort Eagles Lodge Aerie 976.

Survivors include three sons: Jeff (Shari) Amos, of Greenfield, Dorsel (Carrie) Amos, of Frankfort, and Clayton (Lori) Amos Jr., of Frankfort; two daughters: Samantha Godby, of Frankfort, and Lou Ann (Dennis) Morrow, of Delphi; one step-son: Brian Yakovich, of Frankfort; one step-daughter: Donna Yakovich, of Frankfort; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren

He was preceded in death by: his parents; one son: Charles Kevin Amos; and one sister: Barbara Amos/Baker.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center. Friends may visit one hour prior until the time of service. Memorial donations may be made in Clayton's memory to Clinton County Cancer Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
