Elmer Noyes, 54, died Friday evening at his home, 1512 Prospect street, of scarlet fever, and was buried Saturday afternoon at Oak Grove cemetery, the Rev. H. R. Kinley officiating. Mr. Noyes was an employe of La Crosse Rubber Mills. He was born in Sun Prairie but moved to this city about ten years ago.
Surviving are his daughter Lois, four sisters, Mrs. Belle Freeman of La Crosse, Mrs. May Warden of Milwaukee, Mrs. Nora Philipot of Sun Prairie and Mrs. Nellie Pease of Chicago, and a brother Ray Noyes of La Crosse.
