Ellen D. Bingham, 91, of Peoria, formerly of B'nai B'rith Apartments, died Friday, Jan. 23, 1998, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Nov. 18, 1906, in Fayette County, she married Elbert O. Bingham on Jan. 6, 1923, in Vandalia. He died in October 1967 in Peoria. Her mother, Annie Largent, and one son, Elvin, also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Herb of Peoria Heights; and two daughters, Erma Harris of Mapleton and Delma Goss of St. Jacob.
She was a licensed practical nurse for OSF St. Francis Medical Center for 27 years, retiring in 1974.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
